Virginia López

Dolores Virginia Rivera García was born in Manhattan, New York on November 29, 1928 of Puerto Rican parents. In México, she was called the Voz de la ternura (the voice of tenderness).  iShe began her in the 1950s. She arrived in Mexico in 1957 where she became a great success thanks to songs like Cariñito azucarado and Te odio y te quiero.
