| Although he is best known for his work as actor and comedian, Joaquín Pardave Arce had a great musical talent, which is palpable in compositions such as Negra consentida, No hagas llorar a esa mujer, Falsa and Aburrido me voy, among others. He was born in Penjamo, Guanajuato on September 30, 1900. As the son of two singers of zarzuela, he was exposed from birth to the world of show business. He participated in several unforgettable movies, such as El baisano Jalil, Los hijos de Don Venancio and Soy charro de Rancho Grande. He also participated in the television and the theater. He died in Mexico City on July 20, 1955. |
