| María Isabel Granda Larco was born in the department of Apurímac, Peru, on September 3 1920. It intruded in the music with the duet "Luz y sombra" formed by her and a friend. Later it was radio personality and it formed in 1940 a musical trio which interpreted Mexican songs. Their more remembered songs are: "La flor de la canela", "Fina estampa" and "José Antonio." She died in 1993 in Miami Florida.
